Economics (1)

On this telling, I will be conveying to you what that Economics actually is by definition.

Economics

- The social science that studies the allocation of scarce resources for creation, distribution, and consumption of Goods and Services.

I hope you become enlightened,

Back for the Second Time

I know I have not posted here in a while, but circumstances are a part of life. I hope that I can come around more often to give and obtain knowledge from all of the brilliant people around the world that love to collaborate with me.

Enlightenment is my inspiration, so I will do my part as long as everyone else reciprocates.

Stop

I would like random ass holes to not leave comments on my blog. I don't give a damn about some Park Ranger. The thought of some Yogi shit just makes me want to puke. So, any of you weird folk out there should think twice about writing me, because it serves no purpose.

I only like to read intelligent things and doing something in a park really doesn't qualify. Especially something as elementary as regulating people camping in log cabins. Good luck with your future, but I just don't want to know about it.

good luck and happy endings,
Champ

Happy Endings - Thoughts

Happy Endings is a pretty decent movie by Indpendent Filmmaker Don Roos. It was the cover art of this film that caught my attention. Normally I would never watch a movie of this caliber. When I saw the naked woman with nothing but a towel covering her backside, I just knew I had to indulge.

This isn't the best movie I've ever seen, but it's definitely not the worst. Some would say I have a biased opinion, because of Don Roos' (Director) sexual preference. Maybe it's true and maybe it's not. I really don't care what Directors do in their personal lives as long as they make good film.

Roos didn't fail to add content from people with alternative life styles. He even made John Ritter's son a homosexual. I don't like to see those types of displays in life or film. I guess some would call me a homophobic guy, but I'm willing to take it from them.

But, I digress.

Happy Endings is just what the title implies. It's a tale of roughly 10-12 people's lives and how they turn out. It could be parallelled with films such as CRASH (Paul Haggis) by the way it is told. There really isn't one star of the movie. All the stars share about an equal amount of screen time. In some way or another everyones life is linked to all the others, even if its just in passing.

Roos delivers a decent cast of actor such as: Tom Arnold, Jason Ritter, Lisa Kudrow, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Jesse Bradford. The rest are B movie actors, but all delivered a decent performance. I'm not going to sway anybody's decision on whether they want to view the film or not. I'm glad I saw it, but once is enough for me. All that view I hope you enjoy.

Good Luck,
Champ

New Year Resolutions

New Year is just like any other holiday; all I'm saying it that is comes around every year. Some could call this day a total fiasco. The reasons behind calling it such, is all the broken promises that we make. With nothing further ado, I am going to my some goals....

Have the best year yet with the Wife (I love her),
Visit family more often (they say I don't hang around the house much)
Solve the Riemann Hypothesis (we mathematicians will see life in a different light)
Try to read 3 Books a month (I see speed reading in my future)
Write 4 Books this year (that'll be one each quarter)
Sell one of my scripts to Hollywood and take the proceeding and Film my favorite script (this will be the best thing that ever happened to my career)
Together with the wife construct chiseled (me) and firm (her) beach bodies (I hope this isn't over anyone's head)
Try to eat food that's good for the body (I'll be sure to get back with you all on this one)
Defeat Bobby Fischer in Chess
(I have one even better than this)
Win the WSOP (everybody faithful definitely knows what I'm talking about.

Feel free to comment however you like and I won't be mad regardless. I like to hear y'alls input, it is a big part of my motivation. I hope you all had a good New Year. Think Fast, Be Creative and Good Luck,

Champ

New Years Eve Aftermath

Everything worked out pretty good. We had a pretty small get together but it was worth every minute of it. I could have been in Times Square, but I chose to be in Texas with my family and friends.

Me, Baby, Shayla, Julio, Angela, Stan, Shayla's Mom, Stepdad and Edwin, Brianna, Eddie and Edric (the kids). That is the list of people that brought the New Year in together. It really doesn't matter how many people are around, but who the people are.

The fireworks were amazing; the sky was lit up for a pretty good bit. We stayed outside for at least thirty minutes when twelve A.M. rolled around. We were outside city limits as well, so there was no repercussion for shooting fireworks. I hope everybody enjoyed it as much as we did, if not, there's always a New Year next year.

Be creative, think fast and Good Luck,
Champ

New Years Eve

The current time will display itself when I'm done with this post. We have intentions of hanging out with some friends that are just like family to bring the New Year in. I have to go and make a famous dish of mines that everybody seems to like so much.

I don't mind doing it at all, because every now and again I like to get a little bit of praise. I'm sure we all do at sometime or another. That seems to be the nature of human life, we like to get rewarded with things, especially money. I will end this here and I'll hopefully be back to write more if I hadn't had too much to drink. I don't drink a lot, but in the spur of the moment I can have a good time. Keep in mind that you don't have to drink to have a good time.

Good Luck,
Champ
